Description
The County Connection Clubhouse is a drop in/recreational center that serves persons living in Sibley County who are diagnosed with a serious and persistent mental illness.
Services
The Clubhouse is a meeting place for educational, recreational, and social activities. The Clubhouse also offers various groups and outings. Opportunities include but are not limited to: Ten County Camp and other ten county activities (Twins games, picnics, dances etc.); Education opportunities such as med. education group, healthy living group, men's group and employability group; Recreation and socialization activities include open clubhouse hours, cards, movies, meals, games, and crafts; as well as volunteering efforts including community park clean up, maintaining flower pots on the boulevard, Santa's Helpers and other efforts soon to come!
